Cancellation Policy
Acupuncture Late/Late Cancel/No Show Policy:
At Pin IT Up Acupuncture, we highly value the time of both our esteemed patients and dedicated staff. Our aim is to deliver exceptional care to each patient promptly and efficiently. In order to optimize our appointment schedule and ensure timely care for all patients, we have implemented the following policies:
Late Arrivals:
At Pin IT Up – A Holistic Boutique, we deeply respect the time of both our valued clients and dedicated employees. Therefore, we require that clients arrive 15 minutes early for their First Time Acupuncture appointments, and 5 minutes early for all Follow-ups. This allows ample time for check-in, paperwork, and a punctual start to their treatment.
Any patient who arrives 15 minutes later or more, will not be guaranteed a treatment for the day. Pin IT Up - A Holistic Boutique staff will inform Late Patients any treatment options available, if any, upon their arrival.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of their scheduled session, even if the remaining time is limited, and the session end time will remain unchanged.
Clients who arrive late and choose not to proceed with their scheduled session will incur the Late Cancel Fee of $90.
Late Cancel/No Show Policy:
Patients are kindly required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of medical attention. Failure to provide the required notice will result in patients being responsible for the full cost of the Treatment Space they reserved, and will be billed a $90.00 fee. Additionally, patients who do not show up for their appointment will be billed a $90 fee of the Treatment Room they reserved.
Massage Therapy Late/Late Cancel/No Show Policy:

At Pin IT Up – A Holistic Boutique, we deeply respect the time of both our valued clients and dedicated employees. Therefore, we require that clients arrive 15 minutes early for their First Time Massage Therapy appointments, and 5 minutes early for all follow-ups. This allows ample time for check-in, paperwork, and a punctual start to your massage.
A client's late arrival will not extend the end time of their appointment. All sessions will conclude at the scheduled time, unless the delay is due to circumstances beyond the control of Pin IT Up – A Holistic Boutique’s Massage Therapist.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of their scheduled session, even if the remaining time is limited, and the session end time will remain unchanged.
Clients who arrive late and choose not to proceed with their scheduled session will incur the following Late Cancel Fee: - $50 for a 1 Hour Appointment - $75 for a 1.5 Hour Appointment - $100 for a 2 Hour Appointment.
Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:
We require that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made within 24 hours, except for genuine emergencies, will be considered a Late Cancel.
Late Cancelled or No-Show appointments will incur charges for the Treatment Room as follows: - $50 for a 1 Hour Appointment - $75 for a 1.5 Hour Appointment - $100 for a 2 Hour Appointment.
